Hotel blocks in the Financial District and Midtown to Cipriani Wall Street, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Cipriani Wall Street is the Greek Revival bank hall at 55 Wall Street. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 1,100 and holds 2,000 standing under a 70-foot ceiling, with the Mezzanine (200 seated), the Library and the Stillman rooms for cocktails and smaller dinners, and the Club 55 rooms upstairs. The venue publishes no parking and no coach guidance, which is normal for Wall Street and why we plan the curb with the venue.
The Financial District blocks are a walk or a five-minute ride: the Wall Street Hotel, the Beekman, the Conrad Downtown. Midtown blocks (the Marriott Marquis, the Hyatt Grand Central) are about 20 minutes down the West Side Highway or the avenues. For a downtown hotel the shuttle is the ceremony transfer; for a Midtown block it is the full evening, down before the ceremony and home after the last dance.
Wall Street between William and Hanover is narrow and security-managed, so we confirm the drop point and the wait spot with your Cipriani event manager the week before and drop at the venue’s Wall Street doors on their instruction. The coach does not idle on Wall Street; it waits on a wider street the venue clears with us and returns on your coordinator’s call. Our driver runs the West Side Highway or Broadway, never the FDR, and the congestion fee is billed at cost.
A Grand Ballroom wedding is four or five 55-seat coaches on a stagger from Midtown, or two coaches on continuous loops from a downtown block; a Mezzanine wedding is one coach on two runs. First pickups are timed so guests are inside 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
