Hotel blocks in Midtown East and Fifth Avenue to The Pool and The Grill, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Pool and The Grill are the two landmark rooms of the former Four Seasons Restaurant in the Seagram Building at 99 East 52nd Street. The Pool seats 150 and holds 300 for a reception on its own; with The Grill it seats 300 and holds 650. Ceremonies happen on site, up to 120 guests in The Pool alone or 300 with both rooms. The venue publishes no parking for events.
Midtown East is the natural block, five minutes or a walk: the Omni Berkshire Place, The Benjamin, the InterContinental Barclay. The Fifth Avenue hotels (the St. Regis, the Lotte New York Palace) are about eight minutes by coach. Most couples use the shuttle for a church or ceremony transfer earlier in the day and for the ride back to the block at the end of the night.
The Seagram Building entrance is on 52nd Street between Park and Lexington, a one-way block with a busy curb, so we confirm the drop point with your event manager the week before and drop at the 52nd Street doors. The coach does not idle on the block; it waits where the building and the venue prefer and returns on your coordinator’s call. Our driver runs the avenues, never the FDR, and the Midtown congestion fee is billed at cost.
A Pool-only wedding is one 55-seat coach on two runs from the block, or a mini coach on loops. Both rooms together run two or three coaches on a stagger. A church transfer from Park Avenue or Fifth Avenue is a short hop, so the coach stays with you for the day rather than running separate transfers. The last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
