Hotel blocks at Herald Square and Times Square to Gotham Hall, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Gotham Hall is the former Greenwich Savings Bank at 1356 Broadway and 36th Street, with a stained-glass dome over the Grand Ballroom. The ballroom seats up to 900 and holds 1,200 for a reception, with the Mezzanine (200 seated), the Lounge and the Oak Room for cocktails and smaller dinners; the Oak Room has its own private entrance off the main Broadway doors. Ceremonies are held under the dome. The venue runs no valet of its own and points guests to the self-park garages on 35th and 36th Streets.
Herald Square and the Garment District hotels are a few blocks away: the Courtyard Manhattan/Chelsea, the Fairfield Inn Times Square South, the Hampton Inn 35th Street. Times Square (the Marriott Marquis, Row NYC, the Novotel) is about ten minutes by coach. Penn Station is three blocks west, which makes this a common venue for a train-and-shuttle guest list.
Broadway at 36th is a wide one-way avenue with a busy curb and a bus lane, so we confirm the drop point with your Gotham Hall event manager the week before: usually the Broadway doors, or the 36th Street side if the venue prefers. The coach does not idle on Broadway; it waits on a block the venue clears with us and returns on your coordinator’s call. Our driver runs the avenues, never the FDR, and the Midtown congestion fee is billed at cost.
A full ballroom is four 55-seat coaches on a stagger from a Midtown block, or two coaches on continuous loops; a Mezzanine wedding is one coach on two runs. First pickups are timed so guests are under the dome 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
