Get your wedding quote →Highlands Country Club is at 955 Route 9D between the Bear Mountain Bridge circle and Cold Spring. The club takes up to 150 guests, with the ceremony on the covered verandah, in the private garden, in the glass solarium or out on the course. Parking is on site and valet is available through the club.
Cold Spring is the close block, the Hudson House River Inn and the Pig Hill Inn about 7 minutes from the club. Peekskill (the Abbey Inn, the Holiday Inn Express) is about 20 minutes, the Fishkill hotels (the Residence Inn, the Hampton Inn, the Courtyard, the SpringHill Suites) about 25, and a Manhattan hotel about 90.
Every GPS route to this address is a parkway, and the parkways are closed to buses. The coach comes up I-87 to Harriman, Route 6 east to the Bear Mountain Bridge, then 9D north from the circle, which also keeps it off the Goat Trail on the Westchester side. We confirm the drop with the club the week before, drop at the clubhouse door, and the coach waits in the lot. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A 150-guest wedding is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Cold Spring or Peekskill, or a mini coach on a loop; from Manhattan it is one coach as a full-day booking. First pickups are timed so guests are on the verandah 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
