Hotel blocks in Route 9, Downtown Poughkeepsie and Fishkill to Locust Grove Estate, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Locust Grove Estate is the Morse estate at 2683 South Road, on Route 9 on the south side of Poughkeepsie. The West Gallery takes 50 to 150 guests for dinner and dancing, with the ceremony on the Garden Lawn or the Mansion Lawn and the Reese Gallery as the indoor backup. The estate books one event per evening, starting after 5, and parking is included.
The Courtyard Poughkeepsie is next door with a walking path to the estate, and the Residence Inn, the Hampton Inn and the Holiday Inn Express are on the same stretch of Route 9 within 5 minutes. The DoubleTree downtown is about 10 minutes, the Fishkill hotels about 20, and a Manhattan hotel about 100.
Route 9 here is a four-lane commercial road, an easy approach for a coach. The Taconic that GPS picks from the city is closed to buses, so the coach runs I-87 to I-84 east and Route 9 north. With the Courtyard next door, the shuttle is usually the Manhattan run or a loop from the Poughkeepsie Metro-North station. We drop at the entrance the estate names and the coach waits in the lot. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full West Gallery is one 55-seat coach, or a mini bus on a station loop across the afternoon. From Manhattan the coach is a full-day booking, up before the ceremony and home after the last dance. First pickups are timed so guests are on the lawn 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
