The venue takes up to 200 guests, with the ceremony on the lawn or indoors in the Waterfall Room, and the hotel’s 51 rooms and suites across the Roundhouse and Mill buildings take the wedding block. Three complimentary lots sit off the East Main Street driveway.
The Roundhouse itself is the first block. The Mirbeau Inn and Spa and the Beacon Hotel are about 5 minutes, the Fishkill hotels off I-84 (the Residence Inn, the Hampton Inn, the Courtyard, the SpringHill Suites) about 12, and the Newburgh hotels by Stewart Airport about 20. Beacon’s Metro-North station is a mile and a half away, and a Manhattan hotel is about 80 minutes by coach.
The venue publishes its own route, I-87 to exit 17 and I-84 to exit 41, then 9D north into Beacon; from Manhattan our coach runs I-87, I-287 and I-684 to I-84, never the Taconic. We drop on the Event Space side by lots P2 and P3 and the coach waits in P3 or wherever the venue directs. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A 200-guest wedding is one 55-seat coach on two runs from Fishkill, or two coaches on a stagger; a Sprinter covers the Beacon station loop. From Manhattan the coach is a full-day booking. First pickups are timed so guests are on the lawn 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
