Hotel blocks in Paramus, Montvale, and Woodcliff Lake to Seasons’ door — and the last ride home after the reception. Our garage is fifteen minutes away; tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →Seasons is a catering venue at 644 Pascack Road in the Township of Washington, with a Grand Ballroom the venue publishes at up to 300 guests, indoor ceremony spaces and a terrace with a gazebo for outdoor ceremonies. The venue does not publish parking details; its lot fronts Pascack Road, and the coach waits there between runs.
The venue’s own recommended hotels are the Marriott Park Ridge and the Fairfield Inn & Suites Paramus; blocks also land at the Courtyard Paramus, the Hampton Inn Paramus and the Courtyard Montvale. Park Ridge and Montvale are about 10 minutes up Pascack Road; the Paramus hotels are 10 to 15 minutes south.
Pascack Road is the spine of the Pascack Valley, and the hotel blocks sit on it at both ends, so the run is a straight shot with no highway in between. We drop at the front entrance, park in the lot, and start the return runs from the door when your coordinator calls it. Your coordinator has the driver’s cell the morning of.
A full Grand Ballroom is a two-coach job, or one 55-seat coach on two runs when the block is the Park Ridge Marriott ten minutes away. First pickups are timed so the last guest is seated ten minutes before the ceremony; the last coach leaves at your contracted end, waiting through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.
Your wedding date, guest count, and best contact. Thirty seconds in the quote box, or one call.
A complete price for the day — usually back to you the same day, not days later.
A 25% deposit holds your date and your bus, any time in your planning window.
You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
