Hotel blocks on the Lower East Side, SoHo and Union Square to The Bowery Hotel, and the last ride home after the reception. Tell us the date, we handle the moving parts.
Get your wedding quote →The Bowery Hotel is at 335 Bowery at East 3rd Street, with 135 rooms upstairs and the ballroom and terrace downstairs. Weddings run from 50 to 200 seated, with ceremony space on site. The hotel publishes no parking for events, and the Bowery is a two-way avenue with a busy curb.
Many couples block the hotel itself. Overflow goes to the Lower East Side and the East Village, five minutes away: citizenM Bowery, Hotel Indigo Lower East Side, the Ludlow. The Soho Grand is about eight minutes and the W Union Square about ten. With the block this close, the shuttle is usually a ceremony transfer or the ride home from an after-party elsewhere in the city.
The hotel’s entrance is on the Bowery itself, so we confirm the drop point and the wait spot with your event manager the week before, drop at the hotel doors, and the coach waits on a side street the hotel prefers rather than on the avenue. Our driver runs the Bowery and the avenues, never the FDR, and the congestion fee is billed at cost.
A full ballroom is one 55-seat coach on two runs or two coaches on a single move; a mini coach handles a smaller ceremony transfer. First pickups are timed so guests are seated 20 minutes before the ceremony, and the last coach waits through the send-off.
Everyone leaves the hotel together and reaches the venue at the same time. No wrong address in the GPS, no cousin from Ohio missing the ceremony.
Guests are dropped at the door, not in a field three blocks away.
Climate-controlled and door-to-door, so hair, makeup, gowns, and suits arrive exactly how they left.
Guests celebrate, then ride back to the hotel safely. We run the end-of-night route, not just the arrival.
One wave or staggered by group, however you’ve planned the timing with your coordinator and venue.
A van for the bridal party, a full coach for the whole guest list, or several moving in sync.

You speak with a charter professional by phone or email who plans the day around your venues, hotels, and timing.
Glyde calls to confirm pickups, stops, timing windows, and your final guest count.
A day-of contact runs the manifest, holds the pickup schedule, and runs the hotel route at the end of the night.
Routes, pickup windows, and timing built around your venues and hotels — not a template.
And a clean, inspected bus, staged at the pickup point before the first guest walks out.
Gratuity, fuel, and tolls are in the number. The quote you approve is the bill you get.
Multiple vehicles run under a single itinerary and a single quote when the guest list calls for it.
Not sure what size you need? Tell us your guest count and the venue, and we’ll put your guests in the right vehicle. Larger weddings often run on more than one bus to keep arrivals tight.
Bigger guest list? We’ll bundle multiple vehicles into one coordinated plan and one quote.
“We booked this company for all-day bridal party transportation, ending the night at Nicotra’s Ballroom in Staten Island, and it was one of the best decisions we made.”
“We booked this company for a wedding shuttle from Arlo Williamsburg to Weylin, and they nailed it. The pickup process was super organized, which made things easy for guests who weren’t familiar with the area.”
A date and an approximate guest count are enough to price the whole day.
